Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts
This gluten-free and dairy-free side dish is the perfect healthy addition to your holiday menu or any family meal.
INGREDIENTS (4 servings)
1 lb brussels sprouts
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Juice of ¼ lemon
½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trim the stems of washed brussels sprouts and slice each in half lengthwise.
2. Toss the brussels sprouts in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread the mixture on a sheet pan and bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes or until they are crispy on the edges.
4. Serve with my Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers and Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes and enjoy!
