Honey & Thyme Ricotta Dip

This dip is perfect for any party or gathering, coming together in just 15 minutes with minimal prep and cooking time. The savory and sweet flavors blend harmoniously to create a mouthwatering appetizer.

 
 

RICOTTA DIP INGREDIENTS
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh thyme, destemmed, plus two sprigs for garnish
Salt
TOAST INGREDIENTS
1 French baguette, sliced (sourdough or garlic loaf also work well)
Extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of fresh thyme, destemmed
Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ricotta dip ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a hand mixer or fork to mix until smooth - make sure to mince the garlic beforehand with these methods.

2. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and two sprigs of thyme on top.

3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a pinch of thyme.

4. Toast in the oven until the edges are slightly golden brown.

5. Arrange the toasted slices around the dip on a serving plate. Provide a drizzle of honey on the side for topping. Enjoy!
