INGREDIENTS
Yellowtail Snapper filet
Butter
Italian-style breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your broiler.
2. On a sheet pan, drizzle olive oil and melted butter—enough to coat it.|
3. Rub both sides of the fish in the pan to coat it in the buttery goodness.
4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs generously over the top of the fish.
5. Drizzle more olive oil on top, and lay a few slabs of butter on for extra love.
6. Broil until the breadcrumbs are golden brown (4–12 minutes, depending on the size of your filet). My tiny ¾-inch-thick filet only took 4 minutes.
7. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and enjoy!

Love,
Colie

@coliescooking GROSS! Recipe 👇🏽 🎣 I’ve had this idea forever to create a fishing show called “Colie’s Quest to Liking Fish.” Each episode would follow me traveling to a new spot with a local captain. We’d catch fish, cook it, I’d try it, and *spoiler alert* I still wouldn’t like it. The series ends when I finally enjoy the fish. Well, consider this Episode 1! As a Boston gal with the Florida Keys in my gills, you’d think I’d be a fish lover, right? Nope. My dad’s a sport fishing captain in Islamorada, FL, so I grew up running barefoot on the docks, wakeboarding, fishing, snorkeling - the keys life. But between growing up in Boston and the FL Keys, I’m the official black sheep of the family for not liking fish. 🐟👑 🛥 #pennreels #starrods 👙 @somerfieldswim 🩳 @ATHLETA OK, back to the recipe… for the fish I definitely didn’t like. 😉 LEMON BUTTER YELLOWTAIL SNAPPER INGREDIENTS Yellowtail Snapper filet (also works, unfortunately, with Haddock, Grouper, or Triple Tail) Butter Italian-style breadcrumbs (I used @Progresso) Olive oil Lemon INSTRUCTIONS 1.
