Halle’s Avo Toast
Avocado toast with scrambled eggs to add some protein!
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
1 ripe avocado
5 slices of sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter
Everything but the bagel seasoning
EVOO
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Scramble those eggs in a bowl.
2. Grab two frying pans, and melt 1 tbsp of butter in each.
3. In one pan, pour in your eggs and stir until just cooked.
4. Meanwhile, toast your sourdough in the second pan, flipping until golden.
5. Smash your avocado and spread it on each piece of bread.
6. Drizzle with EVOO and a sprinkle of Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
7. Top with scrambled eggs and add more of the seasoning.
8. Plate it up, serve it up, and enjoy every bite!
