This simple tequila based Espresso Martini is the perfect New Years Eve cocktail!
INGREDIENTS
2 shots espresso
2 ounces reposado tequila
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1/2 ounce vanilla maple syrup
Ice
*Add a dash of vanilla extract if you only have plain syrup!
GARNISH
Dark chocolate, grated
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Shake until frothy
3. Pour into a martini glass
4. Garnish with grated chocolate
