2 Ingredient Keto Bagels
These keto mini bagels have simple ingredients and are super easy to make!
*The texture of these isn’t quite like a typical chewy or bready bagel, but still hits the spot.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond flour
1 cup greek yogurt
1 egg (optional)
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (optional)
Cream cheese, I used Kite Hill’s dairy free chive
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix almond flour and yogurt in a bowl, then knead for 3 minutes. If the dough is too wet, add more almond flour.
2. Divide the dough into 3-6 pieces, shape each into a circle, and poke a hole in the center.
3. Optionally, brush the bagels with egg wash for a nice finish and sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top.
5. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
6. Slice in half horizontally and toast until crispy for a fuller texture. Top with cream cheese and enjoy.
